WordPress, by far the favorite platform, has grown from a great way to launch a new site into a very capable development tool with a strong support community. Since launching my first site powered by WordPress back around 2004 using Version 1.5 things have certainly changed. A lot.

Over 9 years I have created over 100 WordPress sites, styled by free or premium themes, enhanced by too many plugins to count and running on a wide variety of hosting servers.
